Top local executive search and development company, Key Consulting, has marked its tenth anniversary by re-branding.

Founded by

ex-Irish rugby international Gerry Gilpin, the Belfast-based company, which specialises in executive search and development will be known as GILPIN.

With a strong track record in both the private and public sectors and a core team of seven consultants, GILPIN offers executive search and corporate development programmes as well as outplacement services and support.

Despite the much publicised challenges within the economy, GILPIN is confident about prospects moving forward, and believes that local companies can survive the recession by continuing to invest in their people.

“We felt that although we had built up a good reputation in the market as Key Consulting, our new identity promises to be much more in tune with how we are perceived – as a trustworthy company with strong links to the heart of the local economy. Our new offering is all about focusing

on the undeniable link between an organisation’s people and its performance – hence the strap-line Better People, Better Business,” said Roger Gilpin, Senior Partner at GILPIN.

“We have developed a strong expertise in a number of sectors, particularly within food and drink and the public sector, and despite the economic slowdown, we’ve seen marked uplift in recruitment in these areas recently, particularly at senior executive level.”

The new brand roll-out will involve a complete revamp of the company’s website and marketing collateral, and a GILPIN presence on several new social media channels.

“We want to actively engage with current clients, potential clients and top calibre senior executive candidates with this new initiative,” said Roger. “It’s important that companies enter into a two way communication with their audiences, so we’ll be incorporating as much useful information as possible on our new website, such as industry insights and podcasts. We feel this new look mirrors our position as market-leaders within the executive recruitment, training and development sectors in Northern Ireland.”
