Executive Recruitment, Development, and Outplacement in Northern Ireland

Public Sector Open Courses 2011

Gilpin Open Programmes 2011

We offer a schedule of niche ‘line of business’ open courses, aimed at providing the wider public sector in Northern Ireland with an opportunity to quickly develop staff and improve performance in a number of priority skills areas.

These high value and cost effective courses are designed to promote innovation, efficiency, and improvement, helping to tackle the issues being faced in these challenging times. Also, to enable participants to to embrace statutory requirements and improve public service delivery.

They minimise time away from work and maximise impact on performance, providing creative tools and techniques to support implementation. All courses reflect the latest thinking and are contextualised using relevant and up to date case studies.

Using our team of local subject matter experts we deliver a high quality product at a very competitive price. Please have a look at our team to see the quality of expertise. We react and respond to demand quickly as it arises.

As open courses departments can avail of one or more places for staff, based on business need, in a ‘pay as you go’ model without having to find the resources to train large groups of individuals. This may well be a less costly option to accessing internal NICS courses

Places are restricted on each course to encourage maximum participation, and are offered on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

  • An Introduction to Developing Policy (2 days)
  • Evaluating Policy Outcomes and Impact (2 days)
